すべてのレビューを表示This was a really low impact class that just focused on strengthening your back. Pilates & yoga classes can have an intimidating atmosphere sometimes, but this place was so welcoming. The instructor (Trina) was really friendly and helpful. I felt great at the end of the class :)

すべてのレビューを表示I loved the music, the relaxing lighting, the perfect temperature room and also the small class size. The teacher was awesome and allowed us to modify whenever necessary. I also appreciated the mention of right and left, it was very helpful to me personally. I would just suggest Inertia to note that although mats and blocks are provided you can bring your own.

City Cave Hope Island goes above and beyond—everything was thoughtfully provided, from fresh towels and cold water to shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, and body wash. I really appreciated having both pre and post-shower facilities, which made the whole experience feel so refreshing and clean. The room had such a calming atmosphere with incense and a soft salt lamp glow—it was pure bliss. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Can’t wait to go back!
