On my previous visit I was charged $5 for not returning with my oxygen mask from my first experience (no mention of this on ClassPass or on welcome email), & was also forgotten about by staff & had to let myself out of the chamber (causing me to miss half my sauna session, which couldn’t be extended as they were closing!)
