    Challenging and fun full body workout! Helpful to stand right next to the instructor at the barre if you’re new to the class, so you can follow her examples. You can wear studio sneakers or grippy socks. The class is set to music and you generally rotate from arm work with light weights (1-3 pounds) to leg work with resistance bands to some light cardio with an exercise ball in hand (e.g., squat jumps) and standing core exercises. All props provided. Carolyn demonstrates each move, so you have a visual cue on top of the verbal cues. Fantastic instructor and an energizing workout.

    Pilates Equipment - Sculpt with Props

    Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.

    This was my very first btone class, and I’m already looking forward to booking my next one! The ArkeTONE machine looks like a beast, but the instructor provided instructions throughout class. I appreciated that she also offered modifications for the various exercises too. Don’t be fooled— the movements may be slow, but they are very challenging. Not only did I feel sore by the end of class, I also felt strong!

    Great tips. Loved Lacey’s “Macarena arms” options and “you can jump the fence or take the scenic route”… never heard either of those before. Club Pilates utilizes a lot more equipment than others; it was interesting to try the wall springs.

    Class started late, no apology from the instructor. Instructor spoke a lot, but not about the class and we had moments without instructions. Not enough time to adjust positions or to work on the exercise. Super disappointed and won’t return if it’s this instructor.
