    My first time here and it was challenging but slow paced so I was able to keep up. They also have beginner to advanced poses so everyone tests their balance and flexibility. I will 100% be back and the people there were all so sweet and had great energy!! Highly recommend

    Sarah was so kind, well spoken, knowledgeable and lets your body lead you to where you need it to be. She encourages mind body connection and encourages slow down or increase if that’s what you need for that practice. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

    Barre & Soul® Method

    Fantastic class! The studio is lovely, the playlist was great, and the sets hit the right balance of being challenging without being too difficult. Keshia was great with her cues and I appreciated that she came by to correct my form without calling me out on the mic. Highly recommend!
