    Brittany at Solidcore Fenway is one of their best coaches. Her exercises aren’t complicated and perfect for getting exactly what you want out of your class — to know that you CAN amplify (but don’t have to) and are encouraged to do your best and push yourself with a good pulse. I feel so welcomed, and she always remembers my name, even after not attending her class for a while. I can’t wait to take her class again.

    The studio was large and absolutely beautiful. Staff were also friendly and welcoming. Meredith was a great instructor, fully explaining each pose and giving modifications to make flow easier/more challenging. The only critique I have is the size of the class; they should definitely cap the class at a few less people so we can at least have arms length distance from the next person.

    The most beautiful yoga studio I have ever been to. The art on the walls is so peacefully warm and beautiful and takes up 70% of the space, and the huge glass windows overlooking the water is such a beautiful location.     Abby is my favorite instructor of any yoga studio I’ve tried in the area! It feels like at a lot of places instructors get caught up in the workout / aesthetic and leave out what yoga is really about. I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for about a decade and Abby reminds me why I fell in love with it. She brings a sense of peace to the class and truly makes it an experience about the mind, body, and breath. She is so knowledgeable, always encouraging, and always provides variations of poses to be inclusive of everyone’s ability. Couldn’t recommend her class enough!

    Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

    Was my first time here and I am so impressed. I can see that the owner really values what gym goers need to feel happy during their workout and everything here is catered to you and modern. It’s a mid sized gym with amenities like theragun for your sore muscles, wet towels, mouthwash in the changing rooms, great showers, and a little lounge area. Someone’s phone went off twice during the end of class, and it was not even on vibrate. Hopefully the teachers can try to enforce a phone free zone in the future but it’s hard to police everyone. Everyone should be able to turn off their phone for an hour and if it’s an emergency pls just keep your phone on vibrate to ensure a distraction free space for the community

    Emma was an excellent instructor — she explained everything clearly and also demonstrated moves very well. She was really encouraging and kept me motivated while at the same time made me feel comfortable going at a pace/with the weight level that worked for me. I also liked that she called out how much time we had left for a given exercise, counting down at the end - I find this really helps me push myself as I know there’s an end in sight! 😅 Definitely recommend!
