    I had an amazing time! The burn was real! Edwin was such a great instructor—he made everything so easy to understand and kept the atmosphere fun and engaging. His patience and expertise really made a difference, and I feel much more confident after the session. Can't wait to come back for more!

    Power Flow

    Hannah's classes are always fun and unique. she incorporates a power flow routine and she introduces new postures in each class. Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

    A$$ CLASS

    Pros: Anna did a good job leading the training and the exercises are interesting and varied. Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.

    Pilates Fusion

    This was a wonderfully challenging class. Rinara was great at making each move accessible and showing you how to ramp it up. I also appreciated that this isn't a heated class. I was warm but didn't break too much of a sweat and that's quite important for a girl with natural hair. Definitely recommend trying this out!
