    Loved how Midori led connecting the breath to movements and the body more deeply. Beginner-friendly class with clear instructions and slow pace but even having done 100s Pilates classes I enjoyed it. First time I’ve heard “Pilates breath is out through pursed lips like blowing out 200 candles” - so memorable! Her mostly throwbacks playlist was fun and relaxing too.

    sara was delightful! i was lucky enough to join a small class, which allowed her to personalize the routine specifically to the needs and interests of the attendees. she introduced some moves that i hadn’t seen before in a vinyasa practice, but approachable and effective. and sara’s preparation and explanation was so good i even got my first inversions!!! i’ll be coming back, no doubt 🥺

    Courtney was awesome! She came around and corrected positions and offered a ton of alternatives. She was also so friendly and helpful. The class itself was great! Starts off with strength training exercises for 30 minutes and then moves into a stretching yoga which was amazing. The instructions were clear and not rushed like some yoga classes. After you spend time rebounded or on these vibrating plates and then get some red light. All around very healing and really welcoming group of women of all ages and fitness abilities. I left so refreshed and will definitely be back for more!

    Great class to learn partnered dance taught by the friendly and skillful studio owners, Emil and sometimes Ruta. Both single and partnered dancers equally welcomed, and the way the class is designed you are quickly immersed and learn fast! Music tracks are fun and it can even count as modest cardio. As everywhere, the student population is predominantly female, so if you come unpartnered you have to wait your turn to dance with a leader, but not a big deal if you don’t mind dancing alone during that time. Also, when Ruta teaches the class she makes an unexpectedly good female lead, I found!
