    Flow.

    Very gentle and great for beginners, though a little familiarity with poses is helpful for when the instructor gives time during class for you to do your own thing for a few minutes. A more spiritual style of instruction (based on things the instructor would say, incense, music, dimming the lights) rather than one that's very fitness/strength oriented. I really appreciated that the instructor led us through a wide mix of poses... I dread yoga classes that are almost exclusively mat work, as my wrists get very sore. I didn't have that issue at all in this class. The instructor was also great at explaining poses and giving options/modifications. I felt very comfortable in the class despite my limited yoga experience.

    Hannah's classes are always fun and unique. she incorporates a power flow routine and she introduces new postures in each class. Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

    I had so much fun and it was a perfect class for a beginner! Natalie was so welcoming and created a positive atmosphere. She spent time helping each individual complete the moves. One move was particularly challenging for me, and Natalie celebrated in my success like it was her own when I mastered it. She also did a positive affirmations exercise at the end of class which I loved.

    I love this class so much! It was one of the most fun workouts that I have ever had! The instructor Amy was so fabulous and upbeat. She was constantly complementing the class and individuals.     Acacia is always so welcoming! These classes are difficult in that you feel the burn quickly, but easy in that the movements are supported by the machine and once you move on to the next thing, it doesn’t hurt anymore! It’s my new favorite workout, and she’s my new favorite instructor!
