    I love Chrissy’s classes because they are challenging but truly manageable if you’re having an off day. I highly recommend her class if you’re a bigger at FORMAT because it’s a slight easier class than some of the other instructors.

    Britney was subbing for another instructor and was lovely! She was clear with instructions and supportive. I’ll definitely take another one of her classes. Low intensity but with good holds, the perfect middle of the week workout! A smooth balance!

She not only is a fantastic instructor, but also quite the “hype man!” She not only connects with each student, but creates a fun, challenging and supportive environment to achieve your goals! It is not often that instructors are able to not only command a room, but help people achieve at all levels.     Awesome gym. Lots of equipment in a clean space. After my workout I took a shower and relaxed in the infrared sauna. They have lots of amenities like towels, hair tools, feminine products. Definitely an empowering space to workout in.

    Studio Strength

    This class is one of my favorites. It’s great for people who don’t have a lot of experience with weights and provides a full body workout, but it also offers a challenge for those who have years of experience with weights. It’s just great all around and I highly recommend starting your saturday morning with this class!

    CP Reformer Flow 1 (50 Mins)

    Class started late, no apology from the instructor. Instructor spoke a lot, but not about the class and we had moments without instructions. Not enough time to adjust positions or to work on the exercise. Super disappointed and won’t return if it’s this instructor.
