すべてのレビューを表示Loved this class!! Hadn’t jumped on a trampoline since probably middle school and it was so fun & freeing (& also unexpectedly great, low impact cardio). The trampoline sequences mixed with the more traditional barre exercises made the 45 minutes fly. Stephanie was super encouraging and brought great energy!

The gym community was very welcoming as well and the space was much larger than anticipated! Overall, I would definitely come back (even just based on the great taste in music) and would recommend :)

I really love how she gives variations for every stretch, reminds everyone to honor their bodies, and says “if it is available to you” before a more challenging stretch. Every week Sandra reaches an unparalleled level of support, clarity, empathy and differentiation.

The classes at this studio run in 6 week cycles, but are designed so that you can start at any week. However, I still felt a little behind so I would recommend starting the first week if you can.
