すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely loved Form50 Total Body Sculpt! It was one of the most challenging workouts I’ve done, but Beverly made the entire experience so approachable. She explained every movement clearly, corrected our form throughout class, and kept us motivated and encouraged for the full 50 minutes. I also happened to visit during their one-year anniversary celebration, and the entire team made everyone feel so welcome. My friend and I even treated ourselves to complimentary B12 shots, and we left with adorable tote bags filled with goodies. It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed how much they appreciate their community. I’m so happy I decided to try this class. Between the incredible workout, Beverly’s amazing coaching, and the warm, welcoming staff, I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was fantastic!

She offered modifications as well as more challenging options, making it a great workout for everyone. I would definitely take her class again!

This class would be a little too easy for advanced students, but it may be worth trying regardless and upping the weights you use. Overall, great class and wonderful instructor!
