I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. I was so moved by his class that I will certainly return to Gro Yoga for his class. Thank you Justin for your technique, adjustment, sun salutations and true authenticity of the practice of yoga.
