すべてのレビューを表示Really great power flow with lots of customization! Note that I would NOT recommend to anyone that hasn’t taken a fair number of yoga classes - you’ll have a much better time if familiar with most of the poses since the class moves fast and there is a lot of “personal flow” time.

すべてのレビューを表示This felt like a real, authentic yoga studio and I loved it! It was a 90min hot yoga class and my instructor, Becky, was great! She was clear in her cueing and threw in some jokes to lighten up the mood which was nice when you’re so focused on a pose. I really loved the whole vibe and I’ll be back :)

すべてのレビューを表示Great teacher! The class was full to the point that she removed her mat so that someone could have her space, though it did not impact the class at all. She gave such good verbal cues that she did not need to demonstrate anything. Great slow flow class. She gave different levels/options based on what you were in the mood for too.

すべてのレビューを表示Gigi’s class is the best! The yoga parts of class are grounding and relaxing, focused on deep breathing, while the cardio part is fun and energizing. I didn’t think I could ever do cardio in a hot studio but Gigi’s positive attitude/amazing playlist gets me through it and I actually enjoy it! I always feel great after class. I definitely recommend it!

すべてのレビューを表示I recently took class with Jing and it was incredible! I’ve been struggling with back and neck pain, and her class was just what I needed. Jing provided excellent modifications and adjustments, making sure everyone was comfortable and working at their own pace. The stretches and movements were targeted perfectly to challenge you and build strength, and also to relieve tension. After just one class, I felt a significant reduction in my pain, and I left feeling strong and more aligned. Highly recommend her classes for anyone dealing with similar issues!

I just wanted to share my opinion, I prefer hot yoga to be extremely hot and humid personally although I know not everyone enjoys really hot temperatures during class and ask it to be lowered during class. I for one, really appreciate that hot hot yoga class but I’m afraid to say it because everyone else in class might hate me.
