She will motivate you, and wake up every muscle in your body while making sure your form is right so you don’t injure yourself. She is a 10 out of 10 instructor! Highly recommended her classes.

Each session has different stations and focuses on different exercises, which keeps things fun, challenging, and never repetitive. Jenny creates a welcoming and encouraging environment, and the workouts are a great mix of strength and cardio. The stations are well organized, and the class moves at a pace that keeps you engaged without feeling overwhelming.
