すべてのレビューを表示Matt’s class was great - I really liked how there was a solid warm up at the beginning and that the flow gradually got faster. Only wish the fans had been turned on midway through the class when the heat started getting too intense rather than only at the very end.

すべてのレビューを表示Hadn’t taken a hot yoga class in about five months. Despite being out of shape, I was able to go at my own pace. The instructor gave Great guidance during class. Instead of using all of the names for the different poses, she describes what your body is actually doing which I really appreciated and it helped me follow along. Warning it is very hot in there so take things at your own pace.

I asked for the volume to be turned up which helped slightly but still looked to other people in the class to see what to do.
