    Loved Jessica. I was not in the mood to go cycling this morning, didn’t sleep well and was super tired, but she was so positive, so joy-focused, and provided plenty of adjustments both for people who wanted to go harder and for those who were having trouble keeping up.     If this was a beginners class, I wonder what a regular or advanced class is like. Because it was challenging (in a good way) and I felt muscles I never knew existed shaking and burning, lol. Instructor Ysabel greeted me at the front, asked good questions like, “is this your first time & do you have any injuries?” Ysabel explained to me how to use the equipment and constantly corrected me on my form in class. I love how the instructor really focused on form and gave a modification option as well.

    I enjoyed today’s class with Jacquelin, she heard my concerns about my recovery from sciatica and included some stretches that helped to open the lower back. The heat and humidity felt really good to sweat off a lot of toxins. The front desk was nice during check in and the instructor showed me around the facility. Space was clean and organized. Definitely will be making a comeback!

    Marcella brought the vibes but this class is challenging. If you want to challenge yourself here is the place to be. As a beginner I love that as long as you are moving you are going to get something out of it. The people here are nice and welcoming. The music was a mix. I loved it.

    To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never heard of bungee fitness before. The class was great - Tatyana was friendly and paced the class well so that we got to “fly” and I worked up a good sweat! I’m excited to try this again.
