It’s exactly what I need in between my strength training workouts—a great chance to reset, stretch, and recover while still staying active. The teacher was wonderful, and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示As someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first group Fitness experience of any kind. I’ve never done weight training other than following YouTube videos at home. Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!

The instructor demos everything at least once. The music is good. I’ve boxed before but I would totally bring a novice friend and they would still be able to fully engage.

He asked about any injuries in the beginning of the class and made sure to help make adjustments to avoid aggravating my injury and instead strengthen the surrounding muscles. He also checked in on everyone and helped tweak form throughout the class. Then at the end he provided some helpful tips to help with strengthening, further injury prevention, and recovery. Highly recommend!

Boxing, Kickboxing, Functional Training (50min)
すべてのレビューを表示I've been to other kickboxing gyms before but Rockbox was so different! The front half is focused on kickboxing with the classic bag and the tear shaped bag and get lots of variations and combos in. The second half of the session is on circuit training with weights. I was sweating buckets at the end, it felt awesome. Also the group cheered me on when they heard it was my first class, it was so welcoming!

She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!

Carmela is very knowledgeable about classical Pilates and explains each movement so well. She used visual cues and props to help me understand which muscles I should be engaging, which made a huge difference. I left feeling like I learned proper technique, not just the exercises.
