すべてのレビューを表示Great class. It is set up as a supervised circuit of strength building with a huge variety of different pieces of equipment. Dr. Kelly provides feedback on correct form throughout the session. Weights are adjusted as needed. Perfect for women looking to work more in super critical strength building as we hit all the major muscle groups and some minor ones too. Look forward to coming again as my schedule allows.
