I waited an extra 30 minutes before I was seated… The person who helped me apologized for the long wait and thanked me for being so patient. She finished removing the acrylics and buffing my nails within 5 minutes 😀

I got a wax and brow lamination from her and I absolutely love my brows. The wax was one of the least painful I've had she help me to breathe through each pull and I always knew what was happening.
