When I opened my eyes to see the results, I was expecting them to sting and be red because that’s how my first experience went. However, this time around there was zero stinging, only perfectly curled lashes that I never could have manifested with my go-to curler/mascara combo. すべてのレビューを表示Very nice massage and hair wash. The neck and shoulder massage was actually more of a full body table massage which was a nice surprise. He still mostly focused on my back, shoulders and neck, but did massage legs and butt a little too. I’m still new to getting massages and can be a bit ticklish with deep pressure and I felt that he was very responsive to how my body reacted to the pressure and would adjust accordingly, which I appreciated. The scalp massage and hair wash were lovely! I feel very nice and relaxed after. He blow dried my hair for a bit. My hair was still about 80% wet when I left, but I didn’t expect this to be like a blow dry bar so this was totally okay with me. I just let my hair air dry the rest of the way and heat styled it when I got home as I have curly hair. Overall great experience and would definitely come back!

Docking 1 star since there was no place to hang my own coat and I had to throw my coat on top of her many coats at the hangar. There should be a separate box for guests storage other than the sofa.

That being said, I waited almost 20min (luckily someone let me into the building because it was really cold out) and the treatment was only about 40-45 min (may be because I skipped extractions, but I also got an add on mask so still seemed a bit short). I also would have liked her to explain the products and what she was doing as she was doing it. I was a little surprised when the treatment was over because I didn’t really know what was going on. All and all, like I said above, it was a good treatment and my skin feels great, but the experience was a little wonky. Might have just caught her on an off day so don’t let my experience deter you.
