However Jen through her expertise, walked me through everything and answered all my questions and concerns. She did personalize my facial treatment, was very real about what would be achievable. She was also very generous with her time, and I didn’t feel rushed despite being her last client for the day. She also was genuinely interested in the progress of my skin journey, which made me feel like I could trust her. I appreciate her fair pricing as well. Treating yourself or taking care of your skin shouldn’t feel like it’s only attainable for the rich. Best facial experience I’ve had!

I was fortunate to find Carli through class pass and made a next day reservation for a general facial with dermaplane add on. I really appreciated the thought and time Carli put into every step of the process, from asking me questions about my routine and what I was hoping to get out of the session even prior to analyzing my skin for me. Her attention to detail was superb, every ingredient she used you could tell was made with clean and gentle ingredients, and I could immediately notice amazing results on my skin right after-Carli truly knows what she's doing, and her own skin is testimony of her knowledge and dedication to skincare. She first checked and confirmed my skincare routine, asked for if any needs or concerns, and then customized the facial based upon. Hani has several modern machines and uses all high-quality products. I fell asleep twice during 60 minutes (plus a leg massager relaxing my tight calf muscles). When I woke up, my skin is smooth, brightening, and glowing. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

The door did not remain closed for my treatment, so people just walked in and out (I assume staff) and clients also walked past the room where I was there. I know I’m under the blanket, but I felt a bit exposed. And because the door is farmhouse style and each rooms are connected openly, you can hear everything from the doorbell to the next client over. I liked that they gave me tea at the end, but it was just to make sure I “complete payment” for my tip payment. I always tip, but I never love the forcing of the tips. I paid and took a sip, and they pretty much wanted me to get out lol I wish I had a bit more time to enjoy but I left. Those factors aside, loved the shoulder massage and the scalp massages! She was good and respectful!
