すべてのレビューを表示It was really good class. Even though I lift weights, this felt really challenging and good calories were burned. The pace was amazing and loved the music. There are limited number of people in class so it feels very personalized. Loved it!

すべてのレビューを表示Coach Steez was so much fun. We had a warm up, bridge set, plank set & cardio set. Before each AMRAP style set, coach demonstrated each move before we started. The music was great and we ended with stretching too. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces too. Everyone was really friendly too. We’ll be back!

すべてのレビューを表示We started the class choosing to be a leader or follower (not necessarily men and women although that’s how the class divided). It was a large class for the Thursday beginners and pretty equal on leaders and followers. The instructors were helpful and funny. We changed partners every minute or two so it was great to meet so many different people and see their different dancing styles! I’m definitely coming back again soon!
