    Megaformer

    Just had my first class with Zeze and I loved it! The class was hard, but we did new moves that I’ve never done before, and I’ve taken 20+ classes here. She also is the most helpful instructor with form. She walked around and fixed my form at least 3 times, and I always appreciate that. I’ll definitely be back to her class and would recommend!

    Been coming to transform for almost 3 years. Kat is the absolute best. She knows everyone by name. Motivates. Cues. Provides multiple modifications for all levels.     Mackey was amazing she could tell I was experienced in lifting and Pilates and made me do all the harder moves and heavier weights and was great at motivating the class and giving individual attention and encouragement.     LFBA always wipes me out but worth! Leslie specifically was lovely and extra patient towards every level. Highly recommend her if you’re new, but she also offers adjustments for boosting a challenge! Either way she has great energy and encouragement and the class structure/workout order is unique compared to most.

    Very challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!

    This was my 3rd class with Fiona and I really love her flow, encouragement, and modifications. She had a workout planned for today but was able to pivot and add in jump board movements when she saw that they were attached from the previous class. I feel like I got a really could full body cardio workout and loved that she was able to make that modification for today’s class.
