    Zeze is such a great instructor and so welcoming and helpful for beginners in the beginner class. Highly recommend her classes & this studio :) plenty of parking, cubbies & a restroom. There are wipes available to wipe down the megaformer after.

    Easily one of my favorite Pilates instructors and classes so far! Drew was super smooth with her directions and transitions were a breeze. She made sure to tailor her instructions with small fixes so you can modify your body positioning right when you are starting the move, rather than correcting when something doesn’t feel right. Drew was bright and welcoming and such a great way to start the day!

    I recently started to attend Core40 HV in the early mornings but after experiencing this class, might stick with the Marina location even though it’s out of the way . I greatly appreciated this instructor as she allowed space for modifications if needed. We don’t all have the same fitness needs, experiences, and goals. Pushing to go FULL ON AGRO THOR BEAST mode is not always appropriate for everyone. This class at the Marina location was an amazing start to the new year.

    Apart from the instructor walking right into my arm while I was standing in a stationary spot doing light weight tricept extensions, the class was good. If there wasn’t enough space to walk around me, walking pass the front of the machine would have been a great option. It would have been polite to simply acknowledge the bump at the moment or even after class.

    I greatly enjoyed and benefited from Victorias style of instruction. I appreciated her neutrality and that she didn’t project her will onto the class. This allowed me to be met where I’m at. She gave us a well organized frame work to work with and was extremely helpful with form corrections without aggressively pushing for more weight and intensity (which was not what I prioritize over form and proper use of musculature.) I’m grateful that Victoria verbalized openness to set our own intentions for class.

Remember to wear your grip socks, they’re required to be on the x former.
