It may have been that I was running late but my stylist didn’t ask me how I wanted my hair or made conversation with me at all. Stylist did do a good job and I was content with my blow out, but I would have loved for her to take into account what I wanted as I wanted something with more body and face framing volume. Overall I’d try it out again.

When I opened my eyes to see the results, I was expecting them to sting and be red because that’s how my first experience went. However, this time around there was zero stinging, only perfectly curled lashes that I never could have manifested with my go-to curler/mascara combo. Michelle M. was friendly, gentle, and her work is that of an artist.

She addressed my concerns and helped me pick a color. Salon is cute and clean. Only drawback is color options... picked from the bottle color which wasn't what it looks like on my nails. Having the nail swatches would be helpful. Would be back if she offered gel overlay. Overall very happy though! Thank you.

He has an exceptional background as a stylist which made me feel confident in trying him for the first time (before I moved from Southern California, I had been going to my previous stylist for 15 years). He listened and cut exactly what I asked for. He also added his touch to it so my cut is unique and artsy which I like. He was also gracious and a pleasure to get to know! Over all a great experience and so will be going back!

すべてのレビューを表示Very nice massage and hair wash. The neck and shoulder massage was actually more of a full body table massage which was a nice surprise. He still mostly focused on my back, shoulders and neck, but did massage legs and butt a little too. I’m still new to getting massages and can be a bit ticklish with deep pressure and I felt that he was very responsive to how my body reacted to the pressure and would adjust accordingly, which I appreciated. The scalp massage and hair wash were lovely! I feel very nice and relaxed after. He blow dried my hair for a bit. My hair was still about 80% wet when I left, but I didn’t expect this to be like a blow dry bar so this was totally okay with me. I just let my hair air dry the rest of the way and heat styled it when I got home as I have curly hair. Overall great experience and would definitely come back!

すべてのレビューを表示They do a great job here and the woman who did end up doing my hair was amazing, but it was very awkward and she did not understand that I had already paid for it on ClassPass and thought I still needed to pay. I don’t know what happened with my appointment. They seemed a little bit confused when I came in and ended up squeezing me in. I never saw Britney who I later realized us who my appointment was with. Some better communication from class pass would have been nice but the salon it’s self provides good services.

I have very long hair so I've learned to always say I want less cut off than I really do for a trim so when I did he showed me exactly where that would be and cut the exact amount I asked for, not more like other stylist I've seen. He was very friendly, talented, and communicated everything well before and during the appointment. I will be returning to him for my future hair needs. He also does waxing and makeup so I may be visiting him sooner for those services.

I sent a few photos of my current hair and if my hair could achieve the cut I was looking for. Atsuko helped me get the look and now I have volume, layers, face framing pieces, and cut. すべてのレビューを表示This facial is only 30-45 mins long. Not the hour they advertised. The facial is done in a small room near the front and the door was open the whole time and poorly lit and the steamer looked really old. I don’t think it was even used during the facial. The facial itself was extremely abrasive, she started with a scrub and then it wasn’t removed well and I just felt the sand the remainder of the facial when she was trying to rub in lotion. She hardly did any extractions it was basically her scraping a blackhead tool over my nose and chin.
