She was very friendly, but I also appreciated that we didn’t need to make small talk the whole time and I was able to close my eyes and relax. Also, she was very detailed in making sure all my hair was removed. I will definitely be going back!

However Jen through her expertise, walked me through everything and answered all my questions and concerns. She did personalize my facial treatment, was very real about what would be achievable. She was also very generous with her time, and I didn’t feel rushed despite being her last client for the day. She also was genuinely interested in the progress of my skin journey, which made me feel like I could trust her. I appreciate her fair pricing as well. Treating yourself or taking care of your skin shouldn’t feel like it’s only attainable for the rich. Best facial experience I’ve had!
