The owner made sure to fix it for me and made sure I left with a perfect pedicure. Everyone that has ever helped me does grey work and the shop is always nice and clean.

However Jen through her expertise, walked me through everything and answered all my questions and concerns. She did personalize my facial treatment, was very real about what would be achievable. She was also very generous with her time, and I didn’t feel rushed despite being her last client for the day. She also was genuinely interested in the progress of my skin journey, which made me feel like I could trust her. I appreciate her fair pricing as well. Although it felt like she was really close to my cuticles, Katie did a really good job on my pedi and had me wait a good 10 mins before leaving the salon. My manicure was done by another lady which i forgot her name. The mani was decent as well. I would say that from afar my nails look fine, but can see the edges are not as clean close up. Overall I still recommend this salon! They did ask for my ID at the end to verify classpass booking which caught me by surprise.
