    I was having such a rough week and the entire vibe of this place and the people there just made all my negativity go away just in one class. They had the most welcoming and friendly environment and you can feel it’s genuine. I was so happy with the class and I am definitely coming back and bringing my friends.     Rumble is a beautiful facility. The studio is spacious and their bathroom is amazing with all the amenities including towels, lotion the whole nine yards to freshen up after class. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

    I am rehabilitating a sports injury, I really like the Academy as opposed to the other places I’ve tried because the challenge comes more from the movements being a little more sophisticated, not so much being pushed by the instructor, like a spin class. It’s good for rehab because although complex, everything is based on things I’ve done before so it’s easy to modify the workouts when my ankle isn’t ready for something yet. Lastly, huge free parking lot!

    Lindsay did a great job managing the flow of class with a first timer. She motivated and kept us on track while teaching the new person the correct form. She provided plenty of modifications for this individual. This class was a tough class for a beginner. But those of us who have been going for a while absolutely loved it but hated it at times. IYKYK. Lindsay always makes you work and sweats. She helps push you when needed and will help you modify as well. Killer class. Almost felt like a MegaTOUGH or I was not as strong today.
