I love this spot for training. However i didnt feel this specific class was worth it. The biggest benefit in joining a class is for the instructor to help correct the form which wasnt done at all in this class. Also the music kept pausing which made the whole flow uneven and the experience less enjoyable. Instructor should have gotten help to fix it.

Love it! The gym is so spacious and well maintained, probably the biggest fight club in Bali. We did 4 rounds of padwork with the coach that assigned to you based on your level. I’m on intermediate mid level and I feel taken care of as the only local coming to the class. Will come back!

Everyone is so hospitable here: The staff at the entrance, hotel reception and instructor Tina. bottled water. The friendliness puts the hotel in my to-stay list. They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches. My fav part is poses facing the vast skies. Arrive earlier to enjoy the panoramic view by the pool before sunset!
