The only thing is that she should use a microphone, sometimes it was hard to hear her (partially because of the rain). Furthermore, the class is not really for beginners. すべてのレビューを表示I really like the class. The instructor really helped me during some movements and guided me gently. We did some breathwork in the beginning, which was really nice and calming. They also provided yoga mat, blocks, and yoga belt, which was really helpful for me, who has a stiff body and needed some help. Overall, I recommend the place, and they offer different kind of classes. I will come back to try their mat pilates class.
