Plus, the recovery upstairs is an amazing way to chill after the intense training. Definitely beginner-friendly, but if you have more experience, they try to work with you as well. I'd highly recommend!

There’s boxing sandbag as well, make sure you bring gloves/wraps for your hands. There are 2 floors and for me I personally love the second floor. It was compact, small but complete. The cold plunge is really a go to! A worth it place.

すべてのレビューを表示I tried CrossFit at 8 a.m. today at U luwatu Collective and it was honestly such a great experience. The session was intense but really well structured, and the energy was amazing from start to finish. The trainer was very attentive, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable while still pushing us to do our best. I left feeling exhausted but so good at the same time. I would definitely recommend it and I’m already looking forward to going back.

They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches. My fav part is poses facing the vast skies. Arrive earlier to enjoy the panoramic view by the pool before sunset!

すべてのレビューを表示This is not your typical Bali influencer gym, and for that I am thankful. However, it is lacking in a lot of equipment - most notably an elliptical machine (despite having FIVE exercise bikes and only one treadmill). I saw the F45 logo on a lot, so perhaps the equipment is leftover from one of those setups. There was also absolutely no sanitizing wipes available anywhere that I could see, which was shocking. However, the perks are that I never had to wait for equipment, the staff was super friendly and the lil recovery area was a treat after my workout. I would go again at the price point with managed expectations and adjusted workout routines in mind for missing equipment.
