In fact the hospitality there is top notch! The only downfall is there’s no steam and sauna but other than that everything else is all good. Strongly recommended and will definitely come back for another visit.

I told them I had an infection before and other manicurist who did it before caused me pain for next few days but she did it so well without pain. She chose the colour for me and I love it. But they’re super hard to book, took me 3 months of cancelling and rebooking because they’re always out of slot.

She will add another coat if I feel second coat is not enough. My nails always last a month or even more. Intially I was hesitant to let her press my back because I get real sensitive when people touch my back, but she was gentle and took her time to release my knots. She communicated with me what she’s doing the whole time and constantly check in with me if I’m ok. I’ve never been as well informed about what a masseur is going do to me and I love that I took away something from her session about my body. She’s really passionate in what she does and I love how she cares about me as a customer instead of using force. You will rarely get this level of service in Singapore massage scene.
