I was really happy with the results. Just one small area for improvement would be to be a little more careful during the hair wash and handling. There were quite a few times when soapy water splashed onto my face, and I was accidentally scratched lightly a few times by a stylist’s nail while my hair was being handled. Nothing major, a little more care would make the experience exceptional . I had a lovely experience and really appreciated how warm and welcoming everyone was. Would happily come back again!

You stay in the same chair throughout the hair wash and treatment, which makes the whole experience feel more relaxing. They also provide a small space to change into a treatment wrap (kemben). The blow dry was really good too — loved it and will definitely come back.

She recommended a long parting fringe that added more body and framed my face for a softer look which I love. She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
