You stay in the same chair throughout the hair wash and treatment, which makes the whole experience feel more relaxing. They also provide a small space to change into a treatment wrap (kemben). The blow dry was really good too — loved it and will definitely come back.

I’m not sure of her name, but I heard one of her coworkers call her “Nana” (sorry if I got that wrong!). She recommended a long parting fringe that added more body and framed my face for a softer look which I love. She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
