No one at the front desk initially, water issues during hair treatment replaced with gallon water, expected Japanese Mint Hair Treatment but got regular creambath with less effort. Brow Bomber service done only once, not my style. Trash bin full on my first visit on 2nd floor (seems not emptied). Hope for improvements, unsure if all branches are like this or just my unlucky visit.

Due to finger injury I couldn’t go gym and exercise so decided to try salon on ClassPass. I chanced upon hive salon and decided to give it a try, cause it’s single tone hair dye, cut blow and wash. I usually went quite high end salon with Dyson machines and really well designed salon. For this salon, it’s really small and cozy. The younger hair stylist understood my concern and tried her best to give me what I wanted. For this price, the result considered not bad. No hard sell and do gave some advice for color maintaining, suitable for introverts like me. They reminds me of neighbourhood store but with slightly better skill. The machine for hair washing was a massage chair, it felt weird at first as it’s my first time but it was nice. Thank you for such a wonderful experience for my first visit. If all went well, will come by again. ☺️

I can say that this is considered as a high end salon in Bandung but unfortunately I don’t experience anything that is memorable here. Instead, I kinda disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience here. I went for lash filler (it was ok), brow bomber (well that was my first time there, i can say nothing much but the threading was ok), but the japanese hair spa.. you better not. The product was GREAT they’re using shiseido BUT idk man the tools like the hair dryer and the blow brush seems doesn’t suit well with the high end branding they were trying to show. EVEN THE BLOW WAS SO BAD my hair was like half wet and half dry and the hairdresser said that it was done. Are you joking??? I better dry my hair with my own skills 😭 also, with those old tools my hair got falls. I was pretty shocked when i saw my thigh like i could see it clearly.. my hair.. i always go for treatment once a week in other salon but i see nothing of hair falls during hair blowing. Definitely won’t coming back here. Spend 4 hours and money for stuffs that i could do with my own hands way much better. Meh. BUT THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND NICE! 👍

I went to the haircut to Alex. I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, a nice salon, friendly staff, I really liked the head massage while washing my head. But my haircut in the end was not quite done according to the reference + by the evening I found that one side was longer than the other. I couldn't see it in the salon because I had curls. However, the pricing, especially compared to ClassPass rates, left me a bit surprised; pro tip- direct booking is cheaper than using Classpass. Also, worth noting that the treatment doesn't include a blow-dry, so my hair ended up a bit messy despite the overall positive experience. Still, the engaged and kind staff made it enjoyable
