I didn’t expect to be challenged the way that I was and could definitely felt it after the class was finished. I would definitely come back to this class or even try another one! The instructor was sooo friendly and made me feel welcome for my first class too with easy to follow instructions and guidance! 100000 percent recommend :)

She doesn’t throw every detail at us at once—instead, she breaks the combo down, builds things up gradually, and always pointing our mistakes out. It's so much easier to digest and improve with her help, and i can really tell how much effort she puts in teaching. Will definitely be back!

I also appreciated focus on the lower back stretching and strengthening exercises. If you’re new to this type of pilates, you need to sign up to this class. Thanks a bunch Nigel!

The instructors really lovely and feels skilled in the way i felt safe progressing on pointe. The studio however is a tad warm, a bit cooler would be nice.

すべてのレビューを表示Mr Rudy is a great teacher, he’s really good at giving corrections while keeping this beginners class interesting by adding some more slightly challenging moves. Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

She’s incredibly talented, passionate, patient, and attentive, with a strong emphasis on detail and technique.
