I definitely wouldn't consider it a beginner class. the warm up was good, but I just awkwardly stood there for most of the class because I didn't have the strength to do the moves being shown. people with more experience would enjoy it though

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor Jasmine was amazing and really fun!! It’s my first time trying a pole class in SG since I’ll be moving here soon! The studio has lots of poles, enough for everyone. The temperature is great, wipes, alcohol, and Dry Hands grip were also provided (note that Monkey Hands and itac are not allowed). Just remember to bring water and face towel! Great session for first timers, the instructor makes it less intimidating. Just be prepared to sweat!! Will consider enrolling here once I settle in.
