He has so much energy and keeps you motivated. Also, lets you go at your own pace as long as you get back in it.

Brandon was one of the best teachers I’ve ever had— and I’m a teacher who has taken thousands of classes over 20 years. My heart is full and when I’m back in town, I will be back.

Even though it was a power flow, it was still a very mindful, gentle flow and very well thought-out sequence. I appreciated that the flow wasn’t too hot but I still sweat! Sacred Yoga seems like a very beginner-friendly studio. I liked the extra push in the power flow and will definitely be back 💯

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time at this studio. Kellie was extremely welcoming and took the time to help me get setup on the bike, clip in, and showed me where everything was located in the studio. Cortez was a phenomenal instructor who had amazing energy and was reassuring to go at your own pace throughout class. I was also seated next to some studio regulars who were also encouraging and high energy. I would recommend this studio! Fair warning the class is heated.

It is one of the only classes I’ve taken in Atlanta that I would truly describe as “all levels”. There is a place for every yogi, new or experienced, to find their flow, and even a laugh or two on the mat.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time at Clarity and Tamdra gave me the perfect introduction to the gym. She explained the mission, gave me a tour and encouraged me to explore on my own. I have always been intimidated by weights and my (lack of) form, but she was right there calmly, gently offering useful assistance. I was so impressed and the clientele there was extra friendly and welcoming. I am so pumped to start my trial, and I see a membership in my future. I’ve never been this excited about a gym. 😂

She gives great corrections and wants the moves to be intentional. Studio is small, gives small private session feel. I do wish the music was a little more upbeat but I feel like it went with the vibe of the studio on mellow vibes
