I felt myself checking my “Golden Cube” all day long, keeping my alignment centered and standing taller. Shonali was an amazing and comforting instructor with an amazing voice that was so beautiful and perfectly toned that we didn’t miss a singing bowl. It was such a fun , inspiring, but still challenging flow. Very cool and welcoming.

Halani led the class so beautifully; her energy was motivating, uplifting, and encouraging while still pushing us in the best way. She was incredibly kind and gave excellent, clear instructions throughout the class. Since I’m not a traditional Pilates girl, I really appreciated how she showed me specific modifications. It was a great workout with top-tier instruction!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first class at Alabaster House and I couldn’t have loved it more. Mizelle was so lovely and full of so much knowledge about the body during pregnancy. I felt so supported and cared for during class. I’m also just now coming out of first trimester sickness and haven’t been able to work out at all since getting pregnant. The class was a perfect mix of gentle and challenging! Im usually very actually but since this is my first pregnancy, I wanted to learn more about how to best support my body during this season. I was looking for prenatal classes in ATL and was thrilled to stumbled upon this gem of a studio in my search! My mind is blown that a studio exists just for women during pregnancy and postpartum! I’m so grateful. I will definitely be coming back weekly :)
