Loved Monique’s slow, deep direction coupled with breath work. If I need a more intense session with a guaranteed sweat, I’d take Kenzie’s class. Love this studio for its intimate class size as well🧘🏽♀️✨

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was great! Studio was clean and equipment was in excellent shape. This is traditional pilates and would highly recommend if that’s what you’re going for. The machine was not like anything I’ve seen before and would have loved to explore it more and find out what all the gadgets were for. I’m used to doing more “modern” face-paced, strength-training, lagree-style workouts - so this was different for me and could easily be paired with other training programs. It’s a calm, relaxing space, and small class size (there were 6 of us) No loud music, no mics.

すべてのレビューを表示Never judge a gym by its equipment. When I walked in, I didn't know what to expect because it's in a plaza and looks small from the outside. I thought I signed up for Pilates, but it ended up being a full strength class. When they were fumbling with the TV, I thought we'd be following a workout on a screen, but then the trainer jumped in and had me sweating within minutes. It was really, really good. So good, I started taking pictures because I knew I wanted to leave a review. I'll definitely be back.

She also offered ways to ramp up and ramp down the exercise so that you can tailor it to how your body feels. Definitely one of my favorite teachers here.
