I will say the full body class was very fast paced for a beginner, but I was able to keep up. Music was very loud which made it hard to hear, but at least the music was good!

He was able to find some sore spots I didnt know I had, incorporated multiple techniques including a few small thai massage poses and listened well to my pressure preferences. Unfortunately the instructor that was supposed to be there (I think Shalynn) didn’t show up. Luckily, Alex was still nearby and jumped in, but the class was only 45ish minutes long.

Treadmill portion was awesome, hard to miss the instructions there and the light jog-run-sprint intervals were perfect. For the floor workouts, if you don’t hear the exercises you fall behind a bit but can catch up by looking at others! Instructor talked a bit fast & the music was very loud, however I caught most of what he was saying. Definitely recommend for a fun/challenging class!

I go to the gym often but I avoid core exercises… so I took this class to force myself to work out my core and I definitely feel the burn after. And the price of signing up for Solidcore was off putting at first, so thanks to class pass for allowing me to try this using a free trial. I am now going to pay for the monthly membership, this was so worth it.

I get bored of the typical relaxing yoga music and rain sounds, but some Frank Ocean? Yes please. I leave every class w Katya feeling so energized and I look forward to Mondays every week because of it. The space is absolutely beautiful, everyone is so kind and welcoming. The class can be intimidating because most people know what they’re doing but would still recommend trying it. Shoes are available to rent, there’s a towel on each bike so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

すべてのレビューを表示Wow! I can’t begin to describe how impressed I was with everything this studio had to offer. The practice was both energetic and introspective. Brooke just radiates affirming and welcoming vibes. The yoga room was illuminated by blue lights and heated. ☯️ The amenities were lux. The studio was meticulously clean. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into every detail. Even the towels were plush and washed with fabric softener. I can’t wait to go back.
