At first I was worried the samples were what we needed to use for the showers but I was pleasantly surprised. The smoothies were a great after workout snack, I’m going to have to check next time I go if they have an almond milk alternative. The class I took was focused on upper body lifts and cardio. The running portion was my favorite part. I want to take another class that isn’t upper body focused but core focused. Nazinga was great! Would love to take another one of her classes!

Also really appreciated the form corrections in class that helped me to the reps the right way. Good coaching energy that was supportive but not over the top. Will come back!

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed the entire class. From just walking in, you can tell that this is a REAL GYM where come to work out, get strong, yet it’s small and felt like a community. My early Sunday class was minimally attended. Angela did took into consideration my weaknesses and form flaws, and really developed the work out that was not only safe for me (I have a history of a few tweaks), but also rounded each strength move with stretches that allowed my supporting muscle groups to turn on. It was excellent.

He addressed common misconceptions with the form of exercises and made sure everyone knew what was coming up next. He communicated honestly about membership options without coming off as a businessman. It can be hard to coach a group of people with varying abilities who are all lifting different weights, but Tony did it effortlessly. He was a natural coach and teacher. As someone who gets motivation from lifting with a group, this was exactly what I needed today. Looking forward to returning!

Jordan is such an encouraging instructor, I felt motivated to give my best effort and reach past my comfort zone even as a wobbly beginner. I tend to avoid strength training classes despite their benefits because they're just not as fun as a cardio, but the pace, the variety, and the come as you are vibe really changed my mind. This is a class I'll be returning to!
