Therefore, good for beginners, especially those who are just starting to work out because correct form is very important to ensure efficient and safe workout. The only drawback of this studio is that they do not provide mats, so you need to bring your workout mat, otherwise you will have to rent one there.

すべてのレビューを表示The yoga instructor had such a calming voice, I had a lovely time doing her yoga class. Facilities were new and mats clean, had a spacious waiting area with cups to drinks water. Had a sink, hair dryer and clean changing rooms with plenty of mirrors. Thank you!
