Her cues and hands on adjustments were super helpful and I’m a big fan of the class and her teaching style. Sadly, I don’t live in NM so I can’t come to see her weekly, but Unwind Yoga will be one of my first stops next time I’m in town!

すべてのレビューを表示Had a wonderful Level 1 Flow class today. I was the only person in class, so it kind of felt like my own personal yoga class, which was awesome! The level of difficulty was perfect for someone who has not been to a yoga class in YEARS. They provide all of the yoga materials: mats, blocks, blankets, etc. I needed a class to help me stretch and relax, and this was just that!
