すべてのレビューを表示I'd like to provide a general suggestion as a neurodivergent individual. The balance between the volume of the music versus the amount of lyrics versus the instructions provided by the instructor are sometimes battling each other. I love bumping music in class. I love clear simple instructions.. I love inspiring lyrics. It would be best received if one stood out above the others at a time. Tonight's class happened to be very overstimulating and difficult to follow. Otherwise, I'm happily a regular and truly appreciate all the studio has to offer.

すべてのレビューを表示This class was full of INTENSITY. Take it like a HIT class, add the heat, and you have got a BIG challenge ahead of you. Pace yourself or go full throttle to a wind down... Up to to you, but the instructor knows just when to hit the gas. I enjoyed this class, pushed through the pain at times, and the crowd was welcoming and shared tips and good vibes 🤗 🎶

This is how I imagine retreat yoga feels like because I have never been so challenged and he’s hands on so when doing your doing inversions you feel more confident. He also teaches you how to fall so you just really can learn and grow a lot.

すべてのレビューを表示I think this class was the perfect pace and stretch for an 8am class. I really enjoyed the simplicity of the instructors approach because sometimes I feel that yoga instructors can over talk through the class and he was rather just a peaceful guide. The temperature was also nice because the studio is so spacious so it doesn’t turn into a complete oven which is my preference. The only thing I didn’t super enjoy were all of the lion poses that were taken but I just don’t like that pose 😂.
