すべてのレビューを表示I would like to say even though i was late she still made sure to warm me up before starting to avoid any injuries which is thoughtful and professional. Also during the session she would make sure to go around to check if we understood the workout and if the posture is correct. You can feel that she wants us to benefit from the workouts and for us to fully push ourselves. This is the second time ive done this class in optymize fitness and you can see that their trainers are really professional.

すべてのレビューを表示The class was really competitive and i enjoyed the session. Coach Shafeek was good at explaining the techniques of lifting for variants like overhead squat , front squats. It was a combination of HIIT and weight training. Would definitely recommend to try out this session.
