Everything is so on point and comfortable and easy to catch up. The combos are so nice as well! So good to be back.

My abs and glutes were firing throughout the workout:’)Her pace was spot on, not too fast or too slow, so it was easy to keep up with her cues while focusing on proper form. Despite this being a beginner's class, I could feel really spicy burn from the workout (and yes I sweated too)! Shiuan was very attentive to everyone of us, gave clear instructions and would motivate us n push us further. Love her class and will definitely be joining again!

I was given variations that suited my needs and also pushed to do more in the most pleasant way. She’s super mindful about preventing injury, but I notice is also happy to spot those who are looking to really push themselves. The class is fun so it breezes by but beware of DOMS after 🤣

She also realised my face was flushed, and held back to talk to me to see if I was ok. Gave me a hug at the end, and really made me feel so welcomed and supported. This is such a rarity in most Pilates studios, where people would often attend classes, take a selfie and leave. Not an ounce of performative behavior, just a community of women who care! ❤️ thank you, will be back

すべてのレビューを表示Jenise’s intermediate Pilates class is excellent. She is a highly observant instructor who provides detailed, clear instruction delivered at a perfectly paced talking speed. I appreciate how she offers timely and accurate options to either decelerate or accelerate the challenge based on individual capability. I highly recommend her intermediate classes, as well as Sharon’s classes at this studio. This was my second time visiting Me Time. While the reformer bedding can feel a bit thin for sensitive knees like mine, the studio thoughtfully offers pads to cushion the impact. The facility is also very convenient, featuring easy basement parking and security guards stationed at every level to ensure personal safety. However, I did experience an issue that I previously read about in other participants' comments. The concierge constantly takes photos and videos, coming by the entrance 4 to 5 times during the 50-minute class. This frequent recording can be quite annoying as it disturbs the flow of the workout, and it raises concerns regarding participant privacy and intellectual property without explicit consent. Overall, it is still a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Jenise and the studio
