すべてのレビューを表示Kevin was kind to me, and let me have a chance, in the Full Body Workout class, seeing that I was not so much, in condition for burpees, and ti would be my first real one, in a while. I couldn’t have done it without a friendly client, named Taylor, who let me follow her, and I made it! I did not think I could do it. The is in a black room with loud music, and gets you to move. I will def go back.

I enjoyed, but it’s gonna take more work to get in all the moves. Ben was super chill, and positive about that with me. He mentioned going to Classic Stride, if I just wanted to do a class with just the treadmill.

すべてのレビューを表示Sam did such an excellent job bringing the intensity to cycle without sacrificing the fun of it. The playlist was pitch perfect— clearly chosen with a lot of care. The choreo was challenging, but over a 60 minute class, we were given a good amount of breaks to catch our breath before the next climb or sprint. Really wonderful local studio and a great class to drop in on during the holiday break!

A few poses were too advanced for me, but the instructor offered modifications, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed the music selection. As someone sensitive to scent, the incense did not bother me. PBT is so welcoming of everyone and all types of people. I am out of shape, 35, AuDHD, and struggle with combinations/timing/working memory. Those things have always made me too afraid to try ballet again since college, but I am so glad I did. Adrian is a wonderful teacher. He is so kind and funny. All the staff I have interacted with at PBT has been amazing so far and I am so grateful that this programming exists. The classes are challenging but fun and are a great way to get some movement back into your life.

It has also been a while since I have been to this studio. I enjoyed that people’s stats were not displayed for this class as I had remembered it being. It was still motivating with less pressure!

I saw some negative comments about the music selection which I totally disagree with - I felt like I was able to keep in sync with the beat. I also saw some comments about a lack of breaks, which is technically true, but this class is somewhat “self-paced”, so you’re able to slow down and give yourself a chance to catch a breath, if needed.

Lots of combo building and cardio, but there’s also footwork and pad work, which sets this boxing class apart from others. You learn much more about the skill rather than just going through the motions. Still very beginner friendly and a great place for anyone to get a workout in. I would highly recommend trying it, especially since the instructor gives alternative ways to do exercises. This was my first time and everyone was so kind. Make sure to bring a mat and weights, but they do have some extras in case you need them or forget.
