すべてのレビューを表示Maggie was friendly and the class was great. I’m just getting back into yoga and the candlight class was just a bit too advanced, but I would definitely take a more beginner class again at this studio and eventually go back to this one.

すべてのレビューを表示Alexis is a great teacher! I really enjoyed today’s practice. The only thing I wasn’t aware of beforehand was that this was a hot yoga class. The heat made it a little harder for me to breathe than usual. I think this class would be great for people who have been practicing yoga for a while, are looking for a different challenge, and are comfortable exercising in a 90°F room. I would definitely love to try some other classes at Yoga Flow!

すべてのレビューを表示Well, balanced class. I do a lot of yoga and I really appreciated Francine's specific cues, they reminded me of a lot of things I tend to forget. This is a strong class, or can be, with the ability to level up or down. Loved Francine's presence, I will take this again.
