From the friendly energy from the instructor to the students, and the steady pacing of the exercises we were doing I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this class. The studio had the perfect temperature to get a good sweat, creating an environment that was both invigorating and challenging. The instructor was exceptional—knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive, guiding us through a series of poses with clear instructions and encouraging adjustments. I’ll be back :) best yoga classes in the area by far!

Instructor talks pretty fast but there likely will be experienced class attendees in the room to watch as an excellent visual reference. Overall, welcoming place and recommend giving it a try if you’re curious what the practice is all about!

すべてのレビューを表示I would definitely recommend getting there early for your first class - they are super helpful explaining everything and getting you set up with spin shoes and adjusting the bike to your height and arm length. This is a full body workout! Not just cycling but also crunches and weights for a little arm workout in the middle. At first it was a little overwhelming because it was louder than I expected and I didn’t know they would turn off the lights for parts of the workout - but the class grew on me as it went and I ended up loving it! Also, they provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

She not only is a fantastic instructor, but also quite the “hype man!” She not only connects with each student, but creates a fun, challenging and supportive environment to achieve your goals! It’s basically mini circuits alternating between treadmill and floor / weights. The big factor is the vibe - space / music / atmosphere and Gio’s instruction!

I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. She also took the time after class to check in on how we were feeling and give positive feedback. I feel like this was the perfect class to bridge beginners and the full body classes. I’ve taken so many spin classes at so many studios and Rachel is consistently challenging you to push past where you think your limits are but also giving your body grace- I have become such a stronger rider because of Rachel’s classes, she’s an exceptional coach. From 2 years ago barely being able to keep up and get out of the saddle and now doing all the choreography and pushes!

すべてのレビューを表示LOVED today’s class! It was an intimate group with 4 riders and Jarred’s energy was unmatched 🤩 it was like our own little Pride concert and I’m obsessed. I was having so much fun singing and riding I didn’t even realize I burned 450 calories. Highly recommend this studio, especially in the summer time where the classes are small but the hype is HUGE.

You can wear studio sneakers or grippy socks. The class is set to music and you generally rotate from arm work with light weights (1-3 pounds) to leg work with resistance bands to some light cardio with an exercise ball in hand (e.g., squat jumps) and standing core exercises. All props provided. Carolyn demonstrates each move, so you have a visual cue on top of the verbal cues. Fantastic instructor and an energizing workout.
