Didn't love that cell phones are allowed in the studio - hard to relax and prepare for class when someone is talking nonstop on a call.

A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

She talks through each pose and it was distracting as Yin is supposed to be more quiet, still and contemplative. The heaters were on in class. The class description states that it’s not a hot class. I did get my stretch in though, regardless.

The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule me for later in the day which was an inconvenience for both of us but at least I was accommodated.
