すべてのレビューを表示I rarely write reviews, but I have to praise The Ocean Lab for their top notch customer service and the overall float tank experience. From the second you walk in, you’re immediately welcomed and made to feel at home by the staff. If you’re a first timer, they give you a tour and an overview of how the float works. You’re also offered a variety of different loose leaf teas and sparkling water to make your experience more enjoyable. The float tank itself is large and they really thought of every little detail to make your experience better, such as having a spray bottle and small towel available in case you get salt water in your eye. I even got to listen to one of my favorite artists, Rufus du Sol, while floating which only made the experience 1000x better. The only thing I would recommend would be to make the water temperature in the float tanks a few degrees warmer as I felt a bit cold in there. Looking forward to my next visit!
