It was an intense (though manageable) flow which was obviously made more challenging by the heated environment. I would suggest taking a more chill class (vibes and temperature) if you have less yoga experience.

A huge problem for me is they started treating your feet with files and clipping etc before putting your feet in the water so your skin is not softened yet and it’s too dry. Because I love this place next time I will ask ahead on time to soak 5 minutes because it’s a deal breaker. Five stars if they let me soak before the grooming.

I have an injury I am recovering from and she did a wonderful job at targeting and locating the spots that needed help. The massage is in a private room and was great. I’ve been here a couple of times for other treatments (try their head spa too!) and will come back for sure :)
