I’ve seen comments about how it’s 45 instead of 60, the 60 minutes includes your time to prepare beforehand and after getting out. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience every time, and it’s so cute inside and they sell wellness items as well. 100/10 recommend!

CYL lex definitely delivers a pleasant aesthetic and experience along with professionalism. Also, side note, if you happen to be super sensitive, it seems like they may use gentle and natural-ish detergents and scents, which is a subtle but important detail for some. A favorite place.

Call me crazy, but it definitely helped clear up my chest a bit too - relieving some sinus pain & pressure. Bring your headphones and put in a guided meditation and you won’t even notice the heat. By the time the 45 mins is up your skin will be glowing and you’ll feel incredible when you walk out. I got a deep tissue massage and it hurt in all the right places, leaving me refreshed and with more mobility after just one session. The spot was super cute, clean, and zen! Will def come back when I’m in town again. The ONLY Thing was that they were 15 mins late (seemed like they were running late / short staffed) and I got only 55 mins but it was still great!
