When it would begin to feel a bit too hot, she would turn on the fans so we could cool down a bit. I normally take a different instructor, but would definitely take her again. :)

It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

She always knows where to apply pressure and specializes in feet reflexology actually if you ask. If you ever need to book aprenatal massage, make sure to call to change your booking and it’s a bit extra at the front desk but it’s worth it. The space is so clean with a dry sauna, shower area. I’ll be back!

Basically I wasn’t going to be an easy client for her haha but she didn’t rush me, accommodated my needs regarding sensory issues and overall was so professional and nice that now I’ll be booking with her exclusively in the future. As their page read, I called before to confirm they had availability for the type of appointment I wanted to book and ask any questions - wood massage and body sculpting. They confirmed they did and I booked my time slot via classpass. Check-in was easy, forms were sent and completed via email prior. The room was prepped with disposable underwear/bra to wear + water was offered. As far as the experience and to keep my review not too lengthy, it was informative, tailored to my preferences and great conversation/service. The wood work + massage is a bit more intense than manual lymphatic drainage, but as long as you’re communicative with them, it can be less (or more) pressure if needed. I’m definitely feeling it today! To finish my service, I spent 10 minutes on the vibration plate. The facility was clean and secure (locked front door, door bell rung to enter). The design is a bit confusing as the ceilings are tall and you can hear sounds from adjacent rooms/the lobby, but there was relaxing music in my treatment room. Nadia was my treatment provider, I’ll definitely be back to see her again. (I’ll post my full review to Yelp)
