すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time experiencing Myofascial release. I didn’t go for a specific reason, just current stress and past trauma and told him about my headaches. I had a lot of release in my body in areas being adjusted, watering eyes and yawning. I could feel mild therapeutic pain being released as well. It was very helpful and Derrick explained a lot about the process and made me feel very comfortable.

I can say with confidence that Allis class was the best class/experience I have ever taken. F$@k was that class amazing. If in the minneapolis area this studio is crazy good.

The music was very upbeat and loud, it made it difficult to hear the instructor. The moves were basic but being in the heated environment made it a million times harder and had my heart rate up. すべてのレビューを表示I've never boxed before, but I've participated in other martial arts and have done some endurance events like marathons and triathlons so thought I was reasonably prepared for the class. It was as intense a workout as I've experienced. Not just physically, but mentally as well. Joe did an excellent job of encouraging hard work while expertly coaching a beginner. He worked with me while doing the same with others in class. He taught me combinations and when I made mistakes he corrected them on the fly in a way that was easy to digest. I cannot recommend Joe's school highly enough. Will absolutely attend again as soon as I'm able to.
