    A lot of spin instructors are very ex cheer/pom vibes. Natalie is truly an exception to this! She gives such boss bike energy. Imagine if the Beastie Boys taught at CB (in the best way).     SPENGA

    I just took my first Spenga class, and it was fantastic! As someone who usually sticks to Cycle studios, this was a new experience for me, but I really enjoyed it. I wasn’t as familiar with the format, and I’ve never done Yoga or TRX before, but the instructor’s high energy kept me going, and I eventually caught on. I definitely worked up a sweat and felt challenged in the best way possible. It’s a great blend of cardio, strength, and flexibility. Highly recommend giving it a try!
